Click on your Avatar on top of the site to open the options menu of your account;
Then click on "My Account" menu option, you are redirected to the settings page;
In "My Subscription", click the "Incerir Signature" button or "Change Signature" section, choose a JPG, GIF, PNG, 150×50 pixels, if the image is larger than allowed, it will be cut off.
Then just click the "Save Changes" button.
